- Highly skilled electrician that has a leadership mindset.
- Ability to run and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to proficiently navigate our trade specific software to manage projects and crews.
- Manage multiple 2 man crews.
Journeyman Electrician

- Experienced electrician with a California journeyman certification card.
- Ability to manage a project and direct a crew.
- Ability to learn a trade specific software to manage projects and crews.
Apprentice Electrician

- Whether an entry level apprentice or a level 2 or 3 apprentice ... the most important attribute is being willing to focus on learning the trade with a career mindset. We are looking for long term minded individuals.
- Trade school is required for all apprentices. Must maintain an ET card. We pay for schooling.
